General Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on the following services under specific conditions: Shared Hosting Plans: Eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Cloud Server Plans: Refunds are available only for the first billing cycle and must be requested within 7 days of activation. Add-ons (e.g., additional storage, bandwidth): Refunds are not provided once activated or consumed.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable: Domain name registration, renewal, and transfer fees. SSL certificates, CDN services, and software licenses. VPS or Dedicated Hosting Plans. Custom services or consulting fees. Setup fees for any hosting plans or custom configurations.

Conditions for Refunds

AWS Cloud-Based Services

Due to the nature of AWS cloud infrastructure and its pay-as-you-go model, the following terms apply: Usage-based fees for cloud server resources (e.g., bandwidth, CPU, storage) are non-refundable. Prepaid credits for cloud services are only refundable if no resources have been consumed.

Abuse or Violations

If your account or service is terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you are not eligible for a refund.
